Who We Are

Based in Wandsworth, Map Marketing Limited started trading in 1978, launching its first range of encapsulated wall maps by mail order.

The intervening years have seen wide ranging developments in both our product range and services. For example, we now publish our own highly successful range of British Isles business planning maps and World & Europe Political Maps all of which are revised annually and are derived from leading edge digital cartographic map bases.

In addition to our business planning map range, Map Marketing is the leading supplier of UK Postcode maps. Developed in association with Bartholomew Mapping Solutions and the Royal Mail, our Postcode maps are created from digital files which are regularly updated to incorporate the very latest Postcode changes as they are released by the Royal Mail. Our digital mapping technology also underpins our very popular and rapidly growing Maps Made To Order bespoke mapping service which enables us to create affordable custom made maps. Our status as an Ordnance Survey Licensed Partner gives us access to some of the country's most accurate mapping from which we create many of our consumer and business products.

Map Marketing is also active in the office products market (both within the UK and pan-European) supplying encapsulated & framed maps and charts to the wholesale and dealer stationery trade.

We are active in the home consumer market as well with a growing range of leisure map products such as map jigsaws, satellite maps, atlases, CD-ROMS and Ordnance Survey maps.

We also operate an educational division, GEOPACKS, which supplies a comprehensive range of geography and geology equipment and teaching aides many of which are own-manufactured or published. Everything from weather monitoring instruments through to stream flow velocity meters and didactical mapping software. GEOPACKS is active in the UK (both direct to end-users and through the educational wholesale trade) and has representation with leading specialist distributors in the United States. GEOPACKS is also a member of the British Educational Supplies Association.

Through a trading division - Map Promotions - we have a growing business focused on the creation and production of promotional mapping. This company provides bespoke & overprinted maps and other map-related products such as business gifts and corporate awareness raising tools. Our client list includes such names as British Telecom, Volvo, Sky News, DHL & Commercial Union.
