Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Yes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Services team within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange either a replacement or a full and prompt refund. What is your delivery charge and how soon will I receive my order?

Our Great Britain delivery charges are £3.95 for orders under £50.00 and £5.95 for orders of £50.00 or more. The delivery charge will be displayed for you during checkout. The delivery service we use is Royal Mail Packet Post and you should receive your purchases within 14 days of our receipt of your order. If you have ordered more than one product from our range during your visit then please be advised that items may not necessarily arrive to you on the same day. All items will, however, be with you within the promised 14-day period. Map Marketing Limited is committed to protecting your privacy and takes it’s responsibilities seriously regarding the privacy of your information. This policy explains how we use any personal information and how your privacy is protected.

When you order products via our secure web site you will be asked at the point of purchase to provide your name, e-mail address (for order confirmation & purchase receipt), your credit or debit card number with an expiry date, the 3 or 4 digit security number printed on your card, the card holder's name and address (the registered billing address) and, if different from the billing address, a delivery address. This allows your order to be processed and fulfilled. You will also be asked for your contact telephone number (optional), which enables us to contact you via telephone if we have an urgent query concerning your order.

Your name and postal address (the card holder’s billing address) will not be made available to any organisation outside of Map Marketing Ltd & WHSmith without your consent. When purchasing on our website, during the checkout process we will give you the opportunity to grant or withhold this consent. Likewise, we will seek your permission during checkout to include your e-mail address on our internal database. All the other information you supply during checkout (credit/debit card details, delivery addresses and information related to the personalisation of purchases) will remain secure and not made available to any other outside organisations unless, in the unlikely event, we are legally instructed to release that information.
